TheZAxis License Agreement

Non-Transferable License:

By subscribing to TheZAxis, you are granted a non-transferable license to access and use the course content. This license is for your personal use only and cannot be sold, shared, or otherwise transferred to any other party.

Subscription Term:

The license to access TheZAxis is granted on a month-to-month basis, contingent upon your payment of the monthly subscription fee of $67, recurring on the same date each month. Your access remains valid as long as you maintain your monthly payments at the rate originally established at the time of your subscription.

Rejoining After Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel your subscription and later wish to rejoin TheZAxis, you will not be entitled to any discounts or special rates you may have received during your original subscription. Upon rejoining, you will be required to pay the current subscription rate as set at the time of your new enrollment.

Payment Method:

All payments will be processed through Stripe, and the recurring fee of $67 will be charged on the same date each month, corresponding to the date of your initial subscription.

Jurisdiction:

This agreement is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the state of California. Any disputes or legal actions related to this agreement will fall under the jurisdiction of California law.

Restrictions on Use:

As a member of TheZAxis, you agree that you will not replicate, modify, distribute, or pass off any course content as your own. Furthermore, you may not share any materials, resources, or content from the course with individuals who are not members of TheZAxis.

No Refund Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been successfully billed to your account.
